Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026.

1. Who we are

EFOCE Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the personal information handled through https://efoce.com, partner applications, and product, business or support enquiries.

Our address is Room 1116, Building 2, R&D Building, Yanxiang Zhigu, No. 1801 Jufeng Road, Guangming District, Shenzhen, China. Contact sales@efoce.com for privacy enquiries.

2. Information you provide

Depending on your enquiry, we collect your name, company, job title, country or region, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company website, markets served, business activities, existing brands or product lines, product interests, cooperation purpose, expected project requirements and message. We record your consent where requested and submission time.

Required fields are marked; optional fields may be left blank. Please do not submit financial account details, sensitive personal information or confidential material unnecessary for your enquiry. If you provide another person's contact details, ensure you are authorised to do so and have informed them.

3. Purposes

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, review partner applications, discuss potential cooperation and support requirements, keep related correspondence, protect the website from abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations or address legal claims.

Submitting an application does not establish a partnership or commercial entitlement. It does not subscribe you to newsletters or unrelated marketing campaigns.

4. Grounds for processing

We rely on the consent requested on the partner application form to review your application and respond to your enquiry.

You can withdraw this consent by contacting sales@efoce.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand and may prevent continued handling of the affected application or enquiry.

5. Storage and service providers

Partner applications are stored in the website submission system and sent to sales@efoce.com for handling. Google Workspace provides our business email service. Hostinger provides website hosting; the website data centre is in Germany. EFOCE operates in China.

Service providers may process information needed for hosting, email delivery, spam protection and maintenance. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell enquiry information.

6. Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the partner application form against automated spam and abuse. It processes browser and connection signals, such as IP addresses and browser information. Cloudflare processes signals to provide protection on our behalf and also to improve its bot-detection capabilities.

See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for its processing information.

7. Website measurement

Website usage measurement through Burst Statistics is currently paused. We previously used cookie-based measurement. Previously collected statistics have not been deleted as part of this pause. For questions about this information or applicable privacy rights, contact sales@efoce.com.

8. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Website hosting is in Germany and EFOCE operates in China. Email and security services may involve additional processing locations. Data protection rules can differ between countries. For further information about international processing of your information, contact sales@efoce.com.

9. Retention

Our retention policy for enquiries and applications that do not develop into cooperation is 24 months after the last substantive contact, subject to shorter appropriate periods or longer retention required for legal obligations or claims.

For an ongoing business relationship, relevant records are retained as needed to manage the relationship and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements.

10. Privacy enquiries

Contact sales@efoce.com with questions or requests about your information. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the record.

Where applicable, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the authority at your habitual residence, workplace or place of alleged infringement in the EU/EEA, or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

We do not use partner applications for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

11. External links and updates

External websites have their own privacy policies. We may update this policy as website practices or applicable requirements change; the published version will identify its effective date.
